the pillows were a bit too high for my taste.

the staff was extraordinary. every interaction with them was pleasant and kind. i was surprised by the complimentary food and drinks from 5:30 to 7 pm. it served as a nice pick-me-up after a long day.
the hotel is a bit dated. it could use some updates to feel more modern.

The staff was helpful. the rooms were spacious and clean. I had a queen suite sofa bed. the cleanliness extended from the lobby to the breakfast area, which i appreciated!!!
The road outside was very noisy. It was hard to sleep. there was banging on the door late at night. I felt unsafe.

the location to universal studios was really convenient. the pool was comfortable, and i found the spa relaxing. breakfast was fantastic, and the happy hour with complimentary meals seemed like a nice perk. i enjoyed a clean bathroom, and the bed offered a comfortable night's sleep.
the road outside made a noticeable noise at night.

the staff was very friendly. there were many families at the hotel. the free dinner was done very well for them ,the bed was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. the room was very clean and smelled good.
a popup ad showed a great rate on priceline. the conformation arrived later and it had changed the date. i contacted priceline and they canceled it, but i got charged after all.
